To begin this exercise grab the towel or hand Flexor injured arm at the bottom of the towel or Flexor , and extend the wrist end . Start with 1-3 sets of 15 repetitions per day . Increases resistance or difficulty having been able to do 3 sets of 15 repetitions.

Hold the weight plate and extend the hand of the injured wrist while maintaining the forearm on a bench or table. Release the doll table or bench until the wrist is fully flexed slowly . Use the other hand at the wrist to the extended position . Repeat this 10-15 times for 2-3 sets per day . This process must be reversed for golfer's elbow . Start with wrist injury fell back with the rest of the forearm along the bench or table. Extend the wrist slowly and use the opposite to return to the weight of the arm flexed position . You can also use a partner or the opposite hand to the resistance in the eccentric portion of the lift, if the weights are not available to you.
